WDG have completed a recent recruitment campaign, securing quality skilled and experienced personnel for various positions within the business. Attracting quality, experienced personnel is a key driver for any growing business, particularly in the manufacturing and engineering sector of industry. WDG have made four new key appointments in the last three months to expand its manufacturing and engineering teams, using traditional recruitment methods.

Attracting personnel to come to work for WDG, is a measure of its senior managements commitment to invest for growth. Rob Hudson – Managing Director explains that “attracting new and previously employed personnel back to the business, further demonstrates how far we have come on our growth journey in the last 30 months”.
