The type LF industrial liquid sampler is used for sampling a wide viscosity range of liquids, from pipelines and tanks and is mounted as required through a standard flange arrangement.
When activated, the 25mm diameter, sampling probe extends into the liquid line a sample is collected in the probe’s cavity (8cc standard), the probe retracts out of the liquid stream and seals the line. The standard construction of the InterSystems LF Liquid Sampler comprises:
- 316 Stainless Steel seal housing.
- 316 Stainless Steel sample tube.
- Teflon seals.
Alternative materials of construction and equipment specifications are available and include:
- Closed systems.
- Equipment jacketing.
- System purging.
