Type PS Powder Sampler

The Type PS Powder Sampler is designed for materials ranging from microscopic powders to large granules and pellets, as well as high-viscosity liquids containing solid suspensions.

The sampler collects accurate and representative samples from gravity or pneumatic conveying systems and can be installed in vertical or horizontal lines, spouts, or chutes.

During operation, the sample tube extends into the product stream to collect a sample before fully retracting and sealing the line, eliminating obstruction to product flow. A close-tolerance auger then transfers the sample to the discharge point and ensures effective product clean-out.
