WDG pass their annual health and safety audit – April 2015

Health and safety culture at WDG receives another boost after successfully completing its annual H&S audit at the beginning of April. Clive Weal – H&S Consultant to WDG commented “health and safety has always had a strong focus within the organisation, with a number of further improvements being realised since Rob Hudson joined as Managing Director”.

Adoption of the reverse parking policy and revised marked diagonal bay car park layout for staff and visitors at WDG for example, has provided clear, designated and safer thoroughfares for pedestrians and heavy goods vehicles in particular to safely access and exit the premises. Steve Hill – Commercial Director said “we have received numerous compliments from delivery and collection drivers alike since the reverse parking policy and improved access was formalised”.

Rob Hudson – Managing Director of the Wright Dowson Group went on to say “health and safety is a joint collaborative and cultural responsibility embraced by all our staff, contributing to make the working environment a safer one”.
