The first choice for powder transfer with minimum operator supervision, the
Bulk Loader features extended hopper capacities and integral inclined screw elevator
The standard hopper end profiles may be supplied in various lengths to cater for virtually
unlimited capacities. This means that complete batches can be primed upon start-up and left
unattached throughout the process.
The position of the inlet to the elevator can be specified at any point along the length of the
hopper to suit site requirements. A premix feature is available by introducing a ribbon
bladed screw in the root of the hopper.
The standard Bulk Loader includes an assisted feed screw to maintain elevator flow.
Elevator drive motors can be positioned at either end to suit application. Operator ease has
been the prime consideration in the design of the Bulk Loader : the low profile hopper not only
avoids the additional expense of steps and staging, but ensures a comfortable working height.
