Screw Bin Dischargers
Dowson Screw Bin Dischargers are a proven and effective method of discharging powder and granular materials from storage bins and are ideal for controlling the discharge of either fixed or variable flow rates.
The standard range includes single and twin- worm models in mild steel or stainless in normal and heavy duty construction and in sizes 160 to 400 providing capacities of 2.8 to 626M³/hr.
Multi-worm machines are available for wide inlet openings and in addition to the standard range dischargers can be purpose built to suit specific requirements. Inlet and casing lengths are tailored to suit specific requirements.
Fixed or variable speed drives are optional with screw assemblies driven individually or by a common drive using spur gears.
