Bulk Bag Dischargers and Systems

The Wrights Dowson Group, Bulk Bag Dischargers are designed to provide on demand, discharge of a variety of powders and other difficult to handle materials that will not flow by gravity alone from bulk bags, big bags, FIBC's or super sacks. It will discharge lined, reusable and disposable (one way) bags in a dust free environment with no spillage.

High performance vibrators, isolated from the floor by wear resistant rubber isolators.
Hinged access door in the cone eliminates waste and spillage.
Thick rubber inlet seals prevent particles from escaping.

With the use of bulk bags and super sacks continuing to expand so does the requirement for efficient and cost effective methods of handling, discharging and processing of the contents.
